Friends of the Library Concert Series: Nancy Fiske

Celtic Concert with Nancy Fiske at the Bedford Public Library

Nancy Fiske presents joyful music for recorders, pipes and flutes through the centuries and around the world, including Irish jigs and reels to get you in the mood for St. Patrick’s Day!

Nancy has been “diddling” on recorders and other wind instruments since she was 8, and just never stopped. She graduated summa com laude from the Boston Conservatory of Music and currently plays with the Avalyn Reed Trio, Jumpstart Contra Dance Band, and Pipers for Peace. She was a member of the Boston Recorder Orchestra for 10 years and now lives in Fremont, NH with her cat, the-most-handsome Sammy.

The concert is free and open to the public; however, seating is limited to 100 patrons, so please be sure to register via our online calendar. Light refreshments provided by the Friends of the Bedford Library will be served at intermission.

The Concert Series is hosted by the Friends of the Bedford Library.
